What do we need to provide?
A short call, a contact person who knows the process, and sample inputs such as a few documents or exports. We can start with anonymised samples.
Is our data safe?
We ask only for what is needed to build the prototype, and we can start with sample or anonymised data. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share anything.
What happens after the 7 days?
You decide. If the prototype proves the value, we can scope a production version together. If it does not, you have lost nothing but a few hours of your time.
Do we need technical staff?
No. We handle the technical work. You only need someone who knows how the process runs today.
